What is the S’Wellness Box?
S’Wellness Box is a Canadian premium gift box with wellness focused products for your mind, body and home, sourced from female owned businesses in Ontario and Canada-wide. We believe that wellness is more than food and drink, so we offer complimentary online yoga and mediation classes with every box purchase. Lifestyle wellness that is effective, affordable and all-encompassing!
We offer 4 themed boxes a year which are available for 3 months or until quantities last.
We also offer “Make Your Own” custom boxes throughout the year. These are a fun and personalized way to choose from over 50 natural health products and make a Starter box with 6 items, Enthusiast box with 5 items or a Guru box with 4 items. All products are full-size so you can get the maximum benefits and save too!
How does Tiered S’Wellness Box work?
- You can order any or all 3 tiered boxes, any time of the year!
- Choose from over 50 wellness products: 6 for the Starter Box, 5 for the Enthusiast Box and 4 for the Guru Box
- Each box has a min. value of at least 40% OFF retail.
- Boxes are shipped out as fast as you order them across Canada via Canpar.
How do the Themed Boxes work?

How much does the S’Wellness Box cost? What currency do you accept?
Our themed boxes start at $108 Canadian Currency + HST.
Make Your Own Starter Box is $59+hst, Enthusiast Box is $69 +hst and Guru Box is $79
Shipping is a flat fee of $15+hst for Ontario.
We also ship across Canada and each province has different shipping costs
For your convenience, if you order 10+ boxes, we will waive the shipping fee or you can pick up at our two locations in Toronto and Niagara Falls.
What if I have a personalized box request, can you make a custom box that you do not sell?
We do accept personalized box requests and those will be priced individually based on products you would like. Please message us to inquire.
When will I receive the themed boxes?
We have 4-6 weeks for pre-orders and delivery is the following month. However, if you have a special request, we will do our best to fulfill it!
What if I want to place an order but don't want it shipped right away? Or, I want it to arrive on a certain day?
When you place your order, please tell us in the “Add Notes” section of your cart, the date “Preferred Date of Arrival” and we will do our best to make sure it arrives on or very close to that date.
Where do you ship? And how do you ship?
We ship across Canada. We made sure to get you the most affordable and reliable service so that your box arrives on time and undamaged. Our courier of choice is Canpar for next day delivery in Ontario. However, we do offer a pick up location in Toronto. This business location will be open during their regular 9am-5pm business hours.
What if I haven’t received my box?
**Please note: We may be experiencing shipping delays of 5-7 business days as postal carriers have delayed delivery guarantees due to COVID-19. Rest assured that we value your business and are doing everything we can to send out your boxes asap. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions. Thank you for your patience*
If a box is returned to us due to an invalid address or marked as "return to sender" for any reason (e.g., unclaimed parcel), a reshipping and handling fee of $15.95 CAD will be charged for the return postage and to reship the package.
Do you ship to the United States or Internationally?
At this moment we ship within Canada. Please contact us to discuss how we can customize a box if you're within the United States or Internationally.
What is your refund policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your box, we are happy to accept returns. We can accept a return in exchange for a store credit/refund if you email us and ship back your box within 14 days of receiving your box at your own cost.
S’Wellness Boxes must be brand new in original/unopened condition with full contents and original/new packaging.
The box must be wrapped in an outer poly bag, or another box. Any box without protective packaging, or has missing contents will not be accepted for returns.
You must use a carrier and shipping method that can provide tracking information.
Refunds will be credited in the manner in which payment was made.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for all purchases made online.
The customer is responsible for shipping and fees incurred in the return process.

We do not provide store credit/refunds for returned products that are opened, used, returned after 14 days, damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use. We are not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit back to us, therefore please ensure the S’Wellness box is packaged securely when being returned.
How do I receive a refund?
If you would like to receive a refund, you must request it within 30 days of receiving the box. Refunds are unavailable for boxes that have entered shipment processing, or been shipped. If you have missing items or any items are damaged, we’ll be happy to help you out! All missing or damaged shipments or items must be reported by emailing support at email@example.com within 14 days of shipping to qualify for a replacement based on product availability. Any damaged boxes or products must be accompanied by a photo and explanation. Please send to firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not refund for subjective opinions. Please read the description of each box to know what you’ll be receiving. If products are not effective, please send an email to email@example.com within 30 days and we will review and send it to the appropriate supplier. We do not refund shipping costs.
Can I buy a box as a gift?
Our boxes make beautiful gifts for birthdays, special occasions, new home buyers or just because! All you need to do is send us the address of the person the box is going to and let us know what you would like us to put on our personalized gift card for them. We will hand write it on your behalf and make sure they receive it in their box. Please inquire with us.
